La Prensa & La Fábrica · Burgers & Beers
EVERY BEER.
Its own story.
From an Alcobendas helles to a German bock or Belgian ale: discover the character of every beer and the burger we suggest alongside it.
Beer belongs to our identity at both La Prensa Malasaña and La Fábrica Alcobendas. The house describes its collection as 100 labels; this guide currently documents 33 individual beers from the 37 beer entries in Malasaña’s Last.app menu, checked on 16 October 2026. Four draft beers each appear in two serving sizes.
Stock varies and this does not mean every beer is available at both restaurants. Ask La Fábrica’s team about its current selection.
